Let me clear up any rumors: I hate seafood. I hate anything that swam, floated, scuttled or lurked in the sea. Don't believe me? Give me a tuna fish sandwich. I dare you.

This was a problem when I was in S.E. Asia, where a meal isn't complete if it isn't still flopping around on the plate in front of you. But somehow, with the combination of soy sauce and wasabi, I've reached a ceasefire with sushi.

Pretty strange right? I'd rather vomit than eat a crabcake, but give me a cut of raw fish, and let me dunk it in sauce and I'll choke down just about anything.
